Tom Sliker serves as the ringleader for the Broadstreet team and has managed to build a diverse, talented, multi-faceted team that has performed a wide range of projects. With over 30 years of software development and integration experience, Tom brings a wealth of technical and business knowledge to his customers and his team.
Tom graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina. For ten years, he developed financial software for corporations such as BellSouth and Westinghouse. In the mid-1990’s, Tom began working as a consultant and software project manager throughout SC & served as a manager in two high-tech startups. From 2001-2013, Tom has worked in various roles for AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, located in Columbia, SC, and along the way picked up an MBA from the University of South Carolina, with a focus on International Business.
In May of 2013, Tom left his day job to focus full-time on Broadstreet Consulting. Besides the work of Broadstreet, Tom also stays busy promoting Drupal and building the local Drupal community through meetups and camps.

As a Content Specialist for Broadstreet Consulting, Tiffany Massey enjoys building relationships with clients and enabling them to represent their businesses in innovative ways online. Based in Camden, SC, Tiffany graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations with an Emphasis in Advertisement Design. When she isn’t behind the computer, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Derek, and their toddler, Tucker.

A Nebraska native, Danielle relocated to Camden, SC at the end of 2021 with her husband, Nevin, and their Australian Shepherd, Remi. A 2018 Graphic Design graduate of Wayne State College, Danielle now works for Broadstreet as a Content Specialist. When she’s not at work, Danielle enjoys photography, watching movies, and spending time with Nevin, Remi, and friends.

Born and raised in Kershaw County, Kristen Alvarez resides in Lexington, SC. Kristen completed a certificate in Health Science in 2012 from Central Carolina Tech and moved on to an opportunity in Visual Merchandising. Kristen has been in the marketing sales and customer service industry for over ten years and is currently a part of the Broadstreet team as a Content Specialist. Kristen enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and writing.

Rylie Papousek is a content creator specializing in blogs and social media. Rylie is a Clarkson, Nebraska native, holds a Bachelor's degree in English Writing and Literature from Wayne State College. After becoming a mother, Rylie sought a fulfilling opportunity that allowed her to balance her career and family life. Working at Broadstreet not only provides her with a platform to showcase her skills but also enables her to be a stay-at-home mom while contributing to the team’s success. In her spare time, Rylie likes to spend time with my family, watching cooking shows and trying to make fancy food, along with writing poetry and reading.
John Jackson, hailing from Cassatt, SC, brings a passion for technology and entrepreneurship to his role in sales at Broadstreet. From his early days tinkering with PlayStation consoles to diving into coding and digital marketing ventures, John's diverse background enriches the team’s creative approach. Under the mentorship of Tom Sliker, founder and president of Broadstreet, John has quickly embraced his position, demonstrating remarkable progress and dedication.
Michaela, who is currently studying computer technology with a programming specialty at York Technical College, enriches Broadstreet’s team as a web developer. Originally from Camden, Michaela now resides in Rock Hill, SC, with her fiancé and their adorable baby girl. Her enthusiasm for learning and her commitment to her role contribute significantly to the agency's digital presence. Michaela loves to spend time with my family, read, craft/draw, and play videogames.
Danna McIntire, based in Tucson, AZ, brings a wealth of experience as a Content Developer, specializing in blog/email marketing. With a background in bilingual journalism and a passion for the company’s creative endeavors, she has seamlessly integrated her skills. Alongside her work at Broadstreet, she provides virtual assistance to clients, showcasing her versatility to remote work. In her spare time, Danna likes watching movies from the 40's, writing letters to the community encouraging Bible reading, attending hockey games with family, and cooking.
Heather Steffens, a Lincoln, NE resident, specializes in social media content creation. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design at Bellevue University, Heather also holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Balancing her academic pursuits, part-time work as a Finance Specialist for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and family commitments, Heather finds Broadstreet’s flexibility and digital marketing exposure invaluable for her growth. Outside of work, she likes to watch her kids play sports, read, exercise, support the Huskers, and spend time with family and friends.
Morgan Johnson is going into her junior year of college at Columbia International University where she studies business with a sports concentration. Although she is unsure of her career path, she is interested in digital marketing and wants to gain experince in the business through this internship. She is a student-athlete and is apart of the CIU Track and Field program. She was raised in Clover, South Carolina and just recently moved to Camden with her family. If she's not busy competing on the track or studying, Morgan enjoys playing with her dogs Bella and Bleu or spending time with family and friends.
