1. CONSULTATION
Before starting any project, Broadstreet Consulting offers free consultations over the phone or in person to discuss your business goals, what internet marketing services you need, functions & ideas that will set your company ahead of the competition. Once we determine your needs we will give you a free quote based on all the information we’ve gathered.
2. AGREEMENT AND DOWN PAYMENT
Once you've looked over your detailed quote, if you've decided to move forward with web design and development or any of our internet marketing services, we will draw up an agreement based on our previous consultations and quote including the estimated completion date. Once we receive a signed agreement & down payment, we will move to the next stage in our process.
3. PLANNING AND LAYOUT
Together, we will create a blue print for our development team based on our agreement. We will determine what content we need and what layout will be used. 4. DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
During the design & programming stage, we will be busy making all of your visions a reality. From a static preview of your layout we designed together, our team will produce a mobile-friendly website that is both beautiful and functional, that represents your brand, focuses on a niche market, is built to not only convert visitors to customers but to show up in the top of the search engine for your designated keywords. The length of time will depend on the project, and will be projected to you in our agreement. This process involves the coding and the programming of your entire website to ensure functionality. We will also upload any content that you provide to us or that we develop for you based on our agreement.
5. LIVE DEMO
Once our development team has gotten to at least 80% completion, we will set up a meeting over the phone or in person to review a live demo together. We encourage as much involvement as you can have during this stage. We want you to make sure that every feature and every function is to your satisfaction
6. CHANGES
After both of our teams have viewed and tested your live demo, we will consider and work on changes that need to be made as quickly as possible. This includes any appearance or functionality changes that you need. After the changes have been submitted, completed, and customer-approved, we will move on to the final stage in our process
7. LAUNCH
When we launch your website, our staff will run a series of diagnostics to ensure that all the functions are in tact and that every application runs seamlessly without any lags or broken links. If problems arise within this phase, they are fixed until the site has met every standard. HOSTING & SUPPORT
Once the site is working and functioning properly, we have a few different options that we will have discussed during the creation of our agreement. We offer our basic website hosting services, as well as ongoing monthly support, in which we provide regular help with your website & internet marketing strategies.
